Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced React Frontend Developer with AI/ML expertise (Lead I) to join our Engineering & Technology team in Telangana. The ideal candidate will leverage deep React development experience and artificial intelligence knowledge to design, develop, and maintain scalable, user-centric applications while building next-generation interfaces powered by machine learning.

The role involves close collaboration with Product, Design, Backend Engineering, and Data Science teams to deliver innovative digital experiences featuring AI-driven capabilities such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, and computer vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-performance, responsive React components for web and mobile platforms ensuring optimal user experience across all devices and browsers.
• Integrate AI/ML models and APIs into frontend applications to create seamless interfaces for features like predictive analytics, NLP, and computer vision capabilities.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive web applications that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Implement state management solutions using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API to manage complex application states for AI feature pipelines.
• Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, and Vitest to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Optimize application performance through lazy loading, caching strategies (SWR), and efficient rendering techniques tailored for AI-intensive components.
• Participate in architectural discussions, technical design meetings, and code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality while mentoring junior developers.
• Stay current with emerging technologies including AI/ML frameworks like LangChain, TensorFlow.js, ONNX.js, and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus).

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience developing production-grade applications using React.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React Hooks, Server Components, and component-based design patterns.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks including Next.js, React Router, Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, Styled Components.
• Mastery of state management tools such as Redux Saga, Apollo Client, MobX, Recoil, and data-fetching libraries like GraphQL (Apollo), SWR, and React Query.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL integration with backend services, and cloud technologies including AWS S3/CLOUDFRONT/Lambda, Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models via OpenAI API, Anthropic API, or custom endpoints.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python for data processing and AI integration workflows.
• Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) using Next.js or static site generation (SSG).
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and experience building inclusive applications.
• Exposure to real-time technologies like WebSockets, Socket.io, or Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).
