Lead Gymnastics Instructor

The Little Gym International in Atlanta, GA (30315) seeks a dynamic Program Director to lead our esteemed gymnastics instruction team. This pivotal role involves hands-on coaching, comprehensive staff training, and the strategic oversight of special programs, all aimed at delivering exceptional experiences for children and their families. You will be instrumental in upholding our high standards by teaching alongside your team, providing constructive feedback, and driving the quality of every class. Responsibilities include developing and delivering staff training, conducting curriculum meetings, and performing performance evaluations. You will also manage all special programs, from birthday parties and camps to Parent Survival Nights and community events, from conception to completion. Furthermore, you will support the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of your team, while diligently monitoring key performance indicators such as intro-to-member conversion, retention rates, member satisfaction, and facility standards.
