Lead GenAI Platform Engineer

We are seeking a Lead GenAI Platform Engineer (AI/ML) for our Pune, India location. This is a full-time role requiring immediate joining.

About the Role:

This senior position focuses on architecting and scaling enterprise Generative AI platforms within Bank of America's MALTS ecosystem. You will drive self-service AI enablement, platform modernization, and reusable services for Consumer, Banking, and Wealth businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tech Leadership: Provide architectural direction across GenAI, Data Science, Event Streaming, Metadata, and Data Quality initiatives.
• Platform Design: Build scalable, secure platforms using cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, containers) and modern data architectures.
• Agentic AI: Lead development of agentic workflows, MCP-enabled services, and intelligent applications.
• Governance & Ops: Establish CI/CD, DevSecOps practices, monitoring, and compliance standards for enterprise-grade reliability.

Required Skills:

• Experience: 10+ years in AI/Data Engineering
• Languages/Frameworks: Python, Machine Learning frameworks
• Distributed Systems: Kafka, Apache Spark/Flink, Hadoop
• AI/ML Stack: LLM integration, Vector databases (RAG), Prompt orchestration, Agent frameworks
