Lead Gen AI Engineer

FreeCharge is looking for a skilled Lead Gen-AI & AI/ML Engineer to develop and deploy advanced intelligent agentic systems at enterprise scale. This role involves working with cutting-edge AI frameworks, multimodal data, MCP-based infrastructures, and agent-driven workflows that integrate autonomous reasoning with human-in-the-loop learning. Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy agent-driven systems using advanced AI for autonomous problem-solving.
• Engineer multi-agent frameworks for coordinated reasoning and action in large-scale applications.
• Build and enhance MCP-based infrastructure for secure agent-tool interactions.
• Develop workflows combining agent autonomy with human feedback for continuous learning (e.g., RLHF, in-context correction).
• Build, fine-tune, and evaluate ML/deep-learning models with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Process multimodal data (text, images, structured data) for feature extraction and embedding generation.
• Integrate models into production via APIs, inference pipelines, and monitoring.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python and Agentic frameworks.
• Strong understanding of ML fundamentals: optimization, representation learning, evaluation, supervised/unsupervised/generative modeling.
• Hands-on experience with multimodal datasets and feature pipelines.
• Experience deploying ML models to production, including inference optimization and monitoring.
• Familiarity with LLMOps/MLOps: versioning, reproducibility, observability, governance.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with goal-oriented agentic systems and multi-agent coordination.
• Proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Google ADK, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of secure tool/agent communication protocols like MCP.
• Exposure to RLHF and reward modeling.
• Cloud computing experience.
