Lead Fullstack Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Fullstack Engineer for our Bangalore office.

• 7-10+ years of professional software engineering experience in healthcare or high-stakes environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading technical initiatives, mentoring teams, and driving architectural decisions without micromanagement.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between engineering and medical stakeholders.

• Frontend: React.js for building scalable web applications.
• Backend: Node.js with robust API design patterns.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Extensive AWS experience including EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, IAM, and CloudWatch for critical medical data workloads.

• System Design & Scalability: Architecting solutions that handle high-volume ECG streams securely.
• Data Modeling & Performance: Optimizing databases for real-time patient diagnosis workflows.
• Security & Privacy: Implementing HIPAA/GDPR-compliant data handling and encryption standards essential for healthcare IT.

• CI/CD Pipelines: Automating deployment to ensure rapid, reliable updates to critical patient-facing systems.
• Production Monitoring & Incident Response: Proactively managing system health and responding swiftly to outages that could impact care delivery.
