About This Role
We are seeking a highly talented Lead Full-Stack Development Engineer with deep software engineering experience to drive technical execution within our AI Product & Engineering team. You will serve as the primary anchor for designing and deploying scalable, high-performance AI applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Stack Architecture: Lead system design of production-grade AI apps, microservices, APIs connecting to LLMs/agentic workflows. Establish rigorous engineering standards including automated testing and code reviews.
- Front-End Engineering: Architect high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React/Next.js), ensuring real-time data streaming for token responses and seamless integration with backend logic.
- AI & Model Deployment: Optimize enterprise-scale RAG, multi-agent orchestration, and prompt engineering pipelines. Manage custom vector databases to ensure sub-second API responses via efficient indexing and caching.
Qualifications
Experience Required: 8–12 years in full-stack software engineering with at least 3+ years leading technical teams deploying commercial AI/ML web products.
Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript; Core Backend (Python, Java, or Go); AI Frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
MLOps & DevOps: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Languages: Good business English skills.
