We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js with TypeScript.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure microservices using Java (8+) and Spring Boot
• Full-Stack Development & Architecture:
• Scalable Microservices: Design and develop scalable microservices architecture and batch applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• System Design: Implement high- and low-level system designs for large-scale data processing applications.
• Full-Stack Integration: Build full-stack features integrating React.js UI with Spring Boot and Hibernate backend services, enabling secure analytics.
• Frontend Engineering: Develop responsive and reusable UI components using React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+), ensuring a clean architecture and maintainable frontend codebase.
• State Management: Modernize frontend architectures, including migrating state management from Redux-Saga to Redux Toolkit to reduce boilerplate code and improve maintainability.
• UI Stability: Contribute directly to frontend stability by enhancing ReactJS components, resolving critical UI bugs, and improving overall user experience.
• Performance Optimization & Reliability
• Latency Reduction: Optimize slow database queries and implement Redis service-level caching to drastically reduce API latency for critical analytics endpoints.
• Distributed Logging: Standardize distributed logging practices using tools like Splunk/Jupiter to facilitate faster issue tracking and resolution in production environments.
• CI/CD, DevOps, & Testing Quality
• CI/CD Migration: Lead CI/CD modernizations and migrations (such as transitioning from Jenkins to GitHub Enterprise), integrating Git, Maven, Jenkins pipelines, and automated test environments.
• Test Automation: Improve unit, functional, and integration test coverage using Jest, Jasmine, JUnit, Mockito, and Mock MVC, significantly reducing production regression defects.
• Engineering Leadership & Mentorship
• Architectural Stewardship: Lead engineering best practices, conduct code reviews, and drive architectural decisions for cross-functional teams delivering scalable microservices.
• Team Mentorship: Mentor and coach engineers on writing highly testable, modular code and adopting industry best practices for microservices architecture.
