New Zealand Fresh & Natural India Private Limited is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to be the technical cornerstone of our exciting new startup, EthnicBNB. This leadership role involves architecting and building the core technology for a revolutionary travel and hospitality platform. You will collaborate with founders to design system architecture, drive backend development, integrate AI capabilities, and manage cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop scalable backend systems using PHP and Laravel.
• Build APIs and backend services for booking, payments, and platform automation.
• Design and optimize MySQL databases for performance and scalability.
• Develop backend services and integrations for AI and automation systems.
• Manage and scale infrastructure on AWS, DigitalOcean, and Cloudflare.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Laravel Forge and GitHub Actions.
• Oversee deployments, monitoring, and system performance optimization.
• Ensure strong platform security and maintain system stability and uptime.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in PHP and Laravel.
• Proficiency in Python for backend scripting and AI integrations.
• Experience with AWS, DigitalOcean, and Cloudflare.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced understanding of MySQL database design and optimization.
• Experience integrating AI tools and automation systems.
• Leadership mindset with a hands-on development approach.

Education Requirements:

B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical discipline.
