Lead Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Full Stack Developer (React.js + Node.js) to lead high-performing engineering teams in our Pune-based office. Key Responsibilities

• Tech Leadership: Architect scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript. Own decisions across frontend/backend stacks, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Development Excellence: Build secure RESTful/GraphQL microservices, optimize performance/reliability, and enforce best practices in code quality and security.
• Data Management: Design efficient schemas for SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) systems.
• Team Mentorship: Guide junior/mid-level developers through code reviews, sprint planning, and technical strategy. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver on-time releases.

Tech Stack Requirements

Mandatory Skills: 6-9 years of Full Stack experience (React.js/Node.js), TypeScript, Microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, Unit/Integration testing (Jest/Cypress).

Nice-to-Have: Next.js SSR, GraphQL Apollo, Docker/Kubernetes, Event-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ/BullMQ), Real-time WebSockets.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated ownership mindset with experience building products from idea to scale.
• Comfortable presenting technical strategies directly to founders and leadership teams.
• Passion for mentoring, growing engineering cultures, and shipping high-quality code.

Locations: Pune (Primary), Noida, or Gujarat. Work mode: In-person.
