Lead Full Stack Developer

We're hiring a Lead Full Stack Developer to lead technical delivery of web products for clients across India, the US, and the UK. This is a leadership role where you will architect systems, review code, mentor developers, and drive product delivery. You must have 3-4+ years of industry experience building and shipping production web applications in reputed IT consulting firms. Key responsibilities include:

• Strong proficiency in Node.js (Express/Nest), React.js, and Next.js (SSR/SSG/App Router)
• Solid database design (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB) and API design (REST/GraphQL)
• Clean architecture, code reviews, Git discipline, and robust testing practices
• Technical planning, estimation, and ownership of client requirements
• Leading 3-5 developers, unblocking teams, and setting quality standards

Nice-to-haves include:

• Cloud/DevOps exposure (AWS/GCP, Docker, CI/CD)
• AI/ML or LLM API integrations
• Mobile (Flutter) experience
• Client-facing experience (requirement calls, demos)
