Lead Front End Engineer

Two Circles is experiencing significant growth and is expanding its Digital Engineering team. We are seeking a talented Lead Front End Engineer to join us on a hybrid basis at our Hyderabad, Telangana office. Role Responsibilities

• Develop and support new and existing digital products for clients.
• Create and influence architectural diagrams and technical specifications for multi-platform product strategies.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and provide technical expertise.
• Establish software development frameworks for release management, automation, code quality, and source control.
• Work with product leads, consultants, designers, and developers to deliver solutions across web, mobile apps, and OTT platforms.
• Contribute to technical authoring and support business development initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development resources.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in sports technology.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in modern front-end engineering with deep proficiency in React and Next.js (SSR/SSG, performance optimization, accessibility, scalable component architecture). Broad knowledge of APIs, backend integration, cloud infrastructure, and security best practices.
• Strong experience building API-driven and service-oriented applications, with a solid understanding of RESTful design, GraphQL, and modern web protocols. Comfortable collaborating with backend teams and defining frontend-backend contracts.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), including deploying and optimizing frontend applications using services like CDN, serverless functions, storage, and edge computing. Familiarity with authentication/authorization patterns (OAuth, JWT, Azure AD, Cognito).
• Proficiency in modern DevOps and frontend delivery practices, including CI/CD pipelines, observability, performance monitoring, security, and networking fundamentals. Advocate for automation, testing, and high-quality releases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork and client interaction.
• Strong experience with cloud computing platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).
• Exposure to core digital technologies such as CMS, CRM, VMS, data warehouses, and middleware systems is advantageous.
• Experience managing complex technical tasks within clear timeframes while maintaining high quality.
• Passion for technology, strong problem-solving skills, and a flair for innovation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Experience providing seniority and technical guidance/mentorship within development teams.
• A keen interest in sport or the sports business and its positive impact.
