Lead Enterprise Software Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Enterprise Software Engineer to architect and implement scalable Web APIs using Python. You will design custom SDKs following full SDLC best practices, develop AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering on Azure/AWS platforms, and mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities:

• Azure & Python Development: Develop, deploy, and manage Python applications using Azure Functions and App Service. Ensure high scalability, security, and performance.
• AI Innovation: Build innovative AI solutions using advanced techniques with LLMs (Large Language Models), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Prompt Engineering to solve complex problems.
• SDK Management: Design, develop, test, and release custom Python SDKs with comprehensive documentation and version control. Guide teams on SDK consumption best practices.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Mentor junior developers to improve skills in Python development. Collaborate cross-functionally to define, design, and ship new features.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of AI/ML experience on Azure/AWS; minimum 6-8 months in Generative AI. Strong software development background (2+ years).
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Web APIs, and cloud services (Azure functions preferred). Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding environments.
• Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to articulate complex engineering challenges.
