Lead Engineer

About the Role

We are hiring a Software Engineer at the Vice President level to join our permanent feature team in Gurugram, India. You will work across business, applications, data, and infrastructure disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply Agile methods to software development on the backlog.
• Design resilient, long-lived software that adapts flexibly to future needs.
• Deliver intentional architecture through innovative ideas and prototyping.
• Create automated build, test, and deployment activities using executable patterns.

The Skills You'll Need

We are looking for a technically minded individual with strong full-stack experience in software design. Key requirements include:

• At least 10 years of Java experience, including multithreading and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies.
• Strong proficiency in designing AI-driven workflows and Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience in enterprise data analysis, lineage mapping, metadata management, and governance.
• Solid background in Microservices architecture (eTrading experience is a plus).
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with business teams.
• Familiarity with information security policies within the financial sector.
