Lead Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer with at least 4 to 6 years in Salesforce platform engineering. This role requires substantial hands-on expertise in development and customization to architect scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Optimize and maintain Apex triggers, flows, and automation processes for operational efficiency.
• Configure security models, sharing rules, and data modeling to ensure integrity and compliance.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via Apex Web Services and SOQL for seamless data exchange.
• Lead technical reviews, mentor junior engineers, and establish best practices within the team.
• Diagnose complex application issues while maintaining high system availability and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills

- Advanced development in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Expertise in JavaScript for customizations.
- Deep knowledge of security models (sharing rules) and data modeling.
- Proficiency with SOQL for queries.

Preferred & Additional Skills

• Experience with Apex Web Services, asynchronous Apex, CI/CD pipelines, and RESTful APIs.
  - Advanced configuration skills for custom solutions.
