About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define development plans and acceptance criteria based on client requirements.
• Design, build, test, and maintain high-performance, reusable features for new and existing applications.
• Optimize application performance, quality, and uptime by identifying bottlenecks and solving bugs.
• Ensure code adheres to SOLID principles with high readability and structure.
• Implement smart automation tools where relevant to enhance efficiency.
• Create and update technical documentation to ensure service continuity.
• Embed Agile methodologies and development best practices into daily workflows.

Mandatory Skills

• Java J2EE: At least 9 years of experience required.
• Spring Boot & React JS: Strong experience with at least 4 years in React/JS.
• Databases: Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
• DevOps Tools: Kubernetes/OpenShift, Jenkins, SonarQube, Fortify, Maven, GitLab/GitHub.
• Architecture: Strong grasp of SOLID principles.

Nice to Have Skills

• AWS/Azure Cloud Platforms (General DevOps).
• Terraform/Ansible for Infrastructure as Code.
• Docker containerization management.
• CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance.
• Selenium, JMeter, Postman for testing automation.
