About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead specializing in Java and React to drive development excellence at Sopra Steria's Noida office. You will define technical plans, design high-performance features, and ensure application reliability through rigorous testing and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define development strategies and acceptance criteria aligned with project requirements.
- Design, build, test, and maintain scalable applications using reusable code patterns.
- Optimize performance by identifying bottlenecks and resolving bugs efficiently.
- Maintain high-quality standards for code readability, structure, and documentation to ensure service continuity.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a senior professional with at least 9 years of experience in Java/J2EE (Spring Boot & SOLID Principles) and over 4 years in React/JS. Proficiency in SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL), Kubernetes/OpenShift, DevOps practices, and tools like GitLab/GitHub is essential.
