Lead Engineer

Role: Technical Lead – Java, Springboot and React

Experience Required: 8 to 14 years

Education: B.E./B.Tech./MCA

Job Responsibilities

• Define development plans and acceptance criteria based on requirements.
• Design, build, test, and maintain high-performance features with reusable code.
• Optimize application performance, quality, and uptime by solving bottlenecks and ensuring clean, readable code structure.

Candidate Profile

Mandatory Skills:

• 8+ years experience in Java J2EE
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and SOLID Principles
• 4+ years experience in ReactJS
• Advanced JavaScript skills
• Proficiency in SQL with Oracle or PostgreSQL databases
• Familiarity with Kubernetes/OpenShift

Good to Have Skills:

• Apache Kafka, Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana)
• Jenkins, SonarQube, Fortify, IntelliJ
• Reactive programming and Event sourcing knowledge
