Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and engineering of large-scale systems with 9+ years of experience.
• Specialize in either backend (Python) or frontend (React) development for enterprise-class applications, with potential for full-stack growth.
• Apply architecture and system design knowledge, with a preference for Domain-Driven Design and Event Design.
• Focus on business impact as a primary measure of success.
• Champion and internalize organizational best ideas to set a clear vision.
• Embrace a DevOps culture, embodying the 'you build it, you run it' philosophy.
• Collaborate effectively across functions and build trust at all organizational levels.
• Mentor and develop colleagues, particularly Senior and mid-level engineers, fostering their growth.
• Prioritize simple and pragmatic solutions over complex ones.
• Work harmoniously with a diverse group of experts.
• Proactively challenge existing approaches when potential risks are identified, and commit to team decisions post-discussion.
• Manage technical direction and serve as the go-to architect for a specific domain or product area.
• Elevate engineering standards by championing design quality, reliability, observability, and security.
• Partner closely with Product and Delivery teams to shape roadmaps, identify risks, and make informed trade-offs.
• Take ownership of incidents and complex production issues, coordinating technical responses and follow-ups.
