Lead Engineer

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Develop and lead engineering efforts for chassis and vehicle systems. Drive innovation, design, and validation of chassis components and integrated systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product development. Manage technical aspects of projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to strategic technical planning.

Experience

Extensive experience in automotive chassis design and development, including suspension, steering, braking, and structural components. Proven track record in leading engineering teams and projects.

Industry Preferred

Automotive, Vehicle Manufacturing, Engineering Services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

General Requirements

Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, material science, and manufacturing processes. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency in relevant CAD/CAE software.
