Lead Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Engineer with 6+ years of backend development experience to join our team in Bangalore. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is preferred, though extensive relevant experience will be considered. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and experience with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Polars. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining web applications, leveraging hands-on experience with cloud platforms. Familiarity with Docker is a plus. Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, is required. A solid understanding of both relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch) is essential, along with experience using message queues like Kafka.
