Lead Dotnet Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead .NET Developer to lead our team of software engineers in developing full-stack, cloud-native applications using .NET, React, and Azure. This role requires a proven track record of technical leadership, mentorship, and delivering high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance, mentorship, and architectural oversight to a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Architecture & Design: Lead the design of scalable, maintainable, and secure software architectures using modern .NET and cloud-native principles.
• Development & Deployment: Drive end-to-end development, testing, and deployment processes, ensuring code quality, performance, and security best practices.
• Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges with analytical rigor and efficiency.
• Project Management: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Team Development: Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, mentorship, and skill enhancement within the engineering team.

Required Skills:

• 6–9 years of senior-level experience in .NET, React, and Azure cloud development.
• Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Azure Functions, Azure App Service, and Cosmos DB.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native design patterns, DevOps practices, and scalable software architectures.
• Proven leadership in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications or experience with AWS/Azure cloud resources.
• Knowledge of cloud-native technologies for modern application development.
