We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer - Full Stack to join our innovative team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. In this role, you will lead full-stack development initiatives, mentor development teams, and deliver scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions using modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end components using AngularJS.
• Build secure RESTful APIs and backend services with Spring Boot.
• Integrate and manage MongoDB for data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of applications.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the full technology stack.
• Develop unit and integration tests for frontend and backend components.
• Maintain version control using Git and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development team members.

Experience & Education:

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Relevant graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in full-stack development.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in AngularJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong backend development skills using Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience working with MongoDB, including schema design and queries.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, and web architecture.
• Familiarity with development tools like Postman, Maven, and Git.
• Knowledge of JSON, XML, and data serialization formats.
• Strong understanding of security best practices in web development.
• Strong understanding of Agile development practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline management.

Leadership Skills:

• Team management experience (preferred).
