Lead Developer

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer / Engineering Manager to lead end-to-end product engineering initiatives at StackPro. You will balance hands-on technical problem-solving with team leadership, driving architecture decisions, mentoring developers, and collaborating directly with clients in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Tech Leadership: Design scalable architectures using React/Next.js (frontend) and Python/Django or Node.js (backend). Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure for security and performance.
  
• Team Management: Lead a team of developers, conduct sprint planning/code reviews, foster an engineering culture focused on ownership, and support hiring/growth initiatives.
  
• Client Collaboration: Translate business requirements into technical execution plans, present architectures to stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software development with 2+ years leading teams/projects.
  Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js), Backend stacks (Python/Django, Node.js).
  Strong system design knowledge; Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB/Snowflake.
  Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
