LEAD DEVELOPER – MERN STACK

Experience: 4–6 Years

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of web applications using the MERN stack.
Convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive, high-quality React.js interfaces.
Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and scalable backend solutions.
Manage technical decisions, code quality, architecture, and development best practices.
Handle project planning, task allocation, estimation, and timely delivery of development tasks.
Lead, mentor, and guide developers to ensure high-quality code and efficient collaboration.
Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements, discuss technical solutions, provide project updates, and resolve issues.
Collaborate with designers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
Debug, optimize, and maintain existing applications and resolve complex technical issues.
Use Claude Code for AI-assisted development, review AI-generated code, and ensure its quality, security, and reliability.
Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure adherence to coding standards and deadlines.

What You Bring to the Table

Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with Next.js and TypeScript.
Strong understanding of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, and RESTful APIs.
Ability to convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive, cross-browser-compatible interfaces.
Strong knowledge of Git, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), debugging, and code optimization.
Experience with software architecture, technical decision-making, code reviews, and development best practices.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate a development team.
Experience with project planning, task allocation, estimation, deadline management, and delivery.
Strong client communication skills, including requirement gathering, technical discussions, and project updates.
Ability to independently manage technical challenges and take ownership of project outcomes.
Hands-on experience with Claude Code or Cursor is mandatory.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
