About the Role

As part of BCG's X Delivery team in Gurgaon, you will collaborate with consulting teams on advanced data and AI topics. You'll leverage analytical methodologies to deliver value by providing subject matter expertise in data engineering. Your responsibilities include specifying, designing, developing, delivering, and supporting data solutions for client needs.

What You Will Do

• Owning the design, build, and operation of production-grade data platforms across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
• Leading end-to-end delivery covering ingestion, transformation, modeling, orchestration, serving, and deployment for AI use cases.
• Architecting scalable batch, streaming, real-time, and API-driven solutions that are reliable for business-critical decisioning.
• Designing trusted data foundations with strong practices in quality, governance, cataloging, lineage, and access control.
• Leading GenAI-enabled implementations using RAG, retrieval design, LLM patterns, workflow design, evaluation, and production deployment.

Your Skills

You will write code in Python, Java, or Scala with depth in distributed systems. You must communicate clearly to senior stakeholders, lead tough conversations on trade-offs, bring a structured consulting mindset, and mentor engineers across architecture and DevOps.
