Lead Data Scientist

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
• Demonstrated success in technical leadership roles with a proven ability to mentor and guide engineering teams.
• Strong foundational background in computer science, mathematics, and advanced statistical modeling for ML applications.
• Substantial practical experience deploying and maintaining AI systems or recommendation engines at scale.
• Deep expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), classification models, Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), and transformer architectures.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, alongside major ML frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch, plus experience leveraging cloud-based machine learning platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
• Track record of building robust ML models from scratch and optimizing them for production performance.
• Solid understanding of large-scale data pipelines, ETL processes, and distributed model training strategies.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills demonstrated through resolving complex technical challenges in ambiguous environments.
• Outstanding verbal communication and written documentation abilities to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
