Lead - Data Science

ProcDNA, a leading global consulting firm, is seeking a talented Lead - Data Science to join their team in Pune, Maharashtra. This role involves designing and developing cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. You will leverage advanced skills in data manipulation and analysis using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn, and create compelling data visualizations with Matplotlib and Seaborn. Your responsibilities will include transforming data science prototypes, identifying and mining relevant data sources, performing statistical analysis, and implementing appropriate ML algorithms and tools. You will also collaborate on building internal offerings to drive client and company growth, contribute to data science projects from data cleaning to model deployment, and conduct ML tests and experiments. Proficiency in Python or R, along with SQL for database querying, is essential. We are looking for individuals with 4.5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in data science and AI/ML, a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms for predictive modeling, classification, and clustering, and excellent statistical skills for hypothesis testing and experimentation. Experience in guiding and leading junior data scientists, along with strong communication and creative problem-solving abilities, is highly valued. Knowledge of deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
