Join Genpact as a Lead Consultant, UI Developer in Gurugram, Haryana, and contribute to shaping the future of work. We are seeking a creative and customer-obsessed user experience designer to develop real-life usability concepts that deliver value to both business and customers. In this role, you will create elegant, customer-focused designs that enhance product experiences, collaborating closely with business, product, technology, and design teams. You will have the opportunity to own end-to-end experiences across various Genpact products and services, ensuring locally relevant presentations of content and functionality for diverse product lines, client devices, and locales.
Responsibilities
- Proficiency in core web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong grasp of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Knowledge of CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.
- Ability to utilize command-line tools for development and build processes.
- Experience with web application testing and debugging tools.
- Skills in web performance optimization and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- Understanding of Document Object Model (DOM) manipulation.
- Capability to integrate with and work with RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with web accessibility standards and best practices.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) is beneficial.
- Experience in GenAI projects is a plus.
- Cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP) is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream with relevant years of experience.
- A specialized design degree will enhance your application.
- Hands-on experience in GenAI projects is desirable.
Technologies
- Experience in web development applications including HTML5, React.js, Angular, Svelte, and Tailwind CSS.
- Strong front-end UI/UX design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Ability to use wireframing tools such as Balsamiq and Mindmap.
