Full Job Description
Takeda is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join their Innovation Capability Center (ICC) in Bangalore, India. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation and global enhancement within the company. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will manage complex business analysis activities, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of digital product requirements.
You will mentor junior analysts, ensuring documentation accuracy and supporting smooth project delivery. Key responsibilities include partnering with development teams, product owners, QA, and other stakeholders to validate user stories, review QA results, and ensure high-quality digital solutions. You will also oversee the end-to-end development and delivery of digital products, maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders and monitoring service delivery progress.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 4 years in a Lean/Agile environment. Proficiency in API design, integration, Agile tools (Jira, Confluence), SQL, data analysis in Excel, and modeling tools like FIGMA, BPMN, and UML is required. Experience in the Life Science/Healthcare/pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
