Lead Backend Engineer - Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
- Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end engineers with robust server-side logic.
- Act as an architect for your module, driving the scalability of the application.
- Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Make informed and swift decisions regarding product development strategies.
- Clearly articulate technical approaches to all relevant team members.
- Implement comprehensive security measures and data protection protocols.
- Integrate diverse data storage solutions effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in designing and implementing Microservices architectures.
- Proven expertise in algorithms, solutioning, and complex problem-solving.
- Hands-on proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Golang.
- Demonstrated experience with MongoDB as a NoSQL database.
- Solid understanding of server-side templating and CSS pre-processors.
- Knowledge of accessibility and security compliance standards.
- Experience integrating multiple data sources and databases into a unified system.
- A strong grasp of the fundamental design principles behind building scalable applications.
