Lead Application Engineer

About the Role

This Lead Application Engineer position focuses on Systems Engineering—a cross-functional technical discipline dedicated to business and customer requirements. The role involves designing, creating, and optimizing systems through requirement identification, concept development, trade-off studies, design implementation, and integration verification from conception to production.

• Lead component and product integration for maximum performance and usability.
• Manage product/system requirements, specifications, and data flow.
• Conduct validation/verification activities including system-level testing.
• Define module/component/sub-contractor/product requirements with partner teams.
• Drive CTQ/Risk-Trades within design component teams.

Qualifications

This role requires advanced experience, comparable to a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (or high school diploma with relevant experience). Ideal candidates will possess:
