Lead Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Lead Analyst - React JS Developer (7-15 years experience) to migrate legacy EJB-based functionalities into modern React front ends and Spring Boot services. The ideal candidate will ensure feature parity while integrating seamlessly with Mainframe and Salesforce systems within a highly regulated financial-services environment. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and map legacy EJB implementations to modern architecture. - Develop scalable React user interfaces adhering to approved UX standards. - Build and enhance Spring Boot services for migrated screens. - Integrate APIs connecting existing Mainframe and Salesforce systems. - Create reusable components, write comprehensive unit tests (JUnit, Mockito), and participate in peer code reviews using Jest/React Testing Library. Required Skills: - 5-8+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript. - Experience developing REST APIs/microservices and understanding EJB enterprise applications. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. This role offers hybrid work (9-6 PM shift) at our Bengaluru location.
