Lead Analyst - AI Engineer (Full Stack) at Eaton, Pune, India

Eaton is seeking a highly experienced Lead Analyst - AI Engineer with a full-stack background to join our team in Pune, MH, India. This role involves building and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions, leveraging both front-end and back-end development expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy robust front-end and back-end components for AI applications.
• Build and consume APIs, create customer-centric user interfaces, and design system integrations using .NET, JavaScript, Angular, or React, and SQL.
• Package trained AI models as deployable services using Azure deployment services, Kubernetes, and GitHub for version control.
• Understand and utilize Azure AI services like Azure Machine Learning and Cognitive Services, alongside other AI technologies such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and GPT models.
• Articulate and document solution architectures for AI projects in collaboration with solution architects and enterprise architects.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify pain points and opportunities where AI can deliver significant business value.
• Translate business requirements into effective AI solutions with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communicate complex AI technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent MCA.
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in solutioning and deploying end-to-end AI projects.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in .NET, JavaScript, Angular or React, SQL Server.
• Experience with Azure deployment services, Kubernetes, and GitHub.
• Expertise in Azure Cognitive Services and GPT models.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot is an advantage.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (React or Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, .NET).
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI).
• Expertise in cloud-native development, specializing in the Microsoft Azure tech stack.
• Experience with AI use cases in Salesforce AI (Einstein and Agentforce), ServiceNow AI (NowAssist and AI Agents), SAP AI (Joule), Oracle Cloud AI, and Industry 4.0 applications.
• Experience with AI platforms such as Palantir, Snowflake, and DataIku is advantageous.
