Lead Analyst - AI Engineer (Full Stack) at Eaton in Pune, India

Eaton is seeking a Lead Analyst - AI Engineer with full-stack capabilities to join their team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This role focuses on developing and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions to drive significant business benefits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end AI solutions, packaging trained AI models as services using Azure deployment services, Kubernetes, and GitHub for version control.
• Build and consume APIs, customer-centric user interfaces, and design integrations with other systems using .NET, JavaScript, Angular, or React, and SQL.
• Collaborate with solution architects and enterprise architects to articulate and document solution architecture for AI projects.
• Partner with business leaders to understand pain points and identify opportunities for AI-driven business improvements.
• Translate complex business requirements into effective AI solutions.
• Clearly communicate intricate AI technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent MCA.
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience with a proven track record of at least 5 years in solutioning and deploying end-to-end AI solutions.

Technical Skills

• Core: .NET, JavaScript, Angular or React, SQL Server, Azure deployment services, Kubernetes, GitHub.
• AI & ML: Azure Cognitive Services, GPT models, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision.
• Cloud: Expertise in cloud-native development, specialized in the Microsoft Azure tech stack.
• Frontend: Proficiency in React or Angular.
• Backend: Proficiency in technologies like Node.js, Python, or .NET.
• AI/ML Frameworks: Strong understanding of TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Automation: Proficiency in scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI.
• Integrations: Experience with AI use cases involving Salesforce AI (Einstein and Agentforce), ServiceNow AI (NowAssist and AI Agents), SAP AI (Joule), Oracle Cloud AI, and AI applications in Industry 4.0.
• Advantageous: Experience with Palantir, Snowflake, DataIku, and GitHub Copilot.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Azure AI services.
