Lead Analyst

About the Role

Eaton is seeking a Lead Analyst - AI Engineer (Full Stack) in Pune, MH, India. This role requires a proven track record in building both front-end and back-end components for AI applications. You will be responsible for designing and consuming APIs, developing customer-centric user interfaces, and integrating AI solutions with other systems using technologies like .Net, JavaScript, Angular, React, and SQL.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploying trained AI models as services using Azure deployment services, Kubernetes, and GitHub for version control.
• Architecting and articulating solution architectures for AI projects in collaboration with solution and enterprise architects.
• Collaborating with business leaders to understand pain points and identify opportunities for AI-driven business benefits.
• Translating business requirements into effective AI solutions.
• Communicating complex AI technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Requirements

• In-depth understanding of Azure AI services (Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services), natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and GPT models.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (React or Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, .NET).
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, specifically with Microsoft Azure tech stack.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI).
• Experience with AI platforms like Palantir, Snowflake, and DataIku is advantageous.
• Experience with AI use cases involving Salesforce AI (Einstein, Agentforce), ServiceNow AI (NowAssist, AI Agents), SAP AI (Joule), Oracle Cloud AI, and Industry 4.0 applications.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent MCA.
• Overall 10+ years of experience with a proven track record of 5+ years in solutioning and deploying end-to-end AI solutions.
• Technical skills: .Net, JavaScript, Angular or React, SQL Server, Azure deployment services, Kubernetes, GitHub, Azure Cognitive Services, GPT models. GitHub Copilot proficiency is an added advantage.
