Full Job Description
FreeCharge is seeking a dynamic Lead AI/ML Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of advanced intelligent agentic systems for enterprise-scale solutions. This role involves working with state-of-the-art AI frameworks, multimodal data pipelines, MCP-based infrastructures, and agent-driven workflows that integrate autonomous reasoning with human-in-the-loop learning. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hands-on model development, production deployments, and building impactful AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement intelligent, agent-driven systems utilizing advanced AI algorithms to address complex business challenges.
- Develop sophisticated multi-agent frameworks that enable coordinated reasoning and action for large-scale applications.
- Construct and enhance MCP-based infrastructure to facilitate secure, context-aware interactions with external tools and APIs.
- Design workflows that blend agent autonomy with human oversight, facilitating continuous learning through feedback mechanisms like RLHF and in-context correction.
- Build, fine-tune, train, and rigorously evaluate machine learning and deep learning models using industry-standard frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Process and manage multimodal data pipelines, including text, images, and structured data, for embedding generation, feature extraction, and downstream applications.
- Integrate models into production environments through robust APIs, efficient inference pipelines, and comprehensive monitoring tools.
- Adhere to best practices in software engineering, including Git for version control, comprehensive testing frameworks, and CI/CD processes for high-quality, maintainable code.
- Create detailed documentation for architectural decisions, system trade-offs, and operational behavior to foster cross-team collaboration.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and apply relevant innovations to product development.
Requirements
- Exceptional proficiency in Python and familiarity with agentic frameworks.
- A strong foundational understanding of machine learning principles, including optimization, representation learning, evaluation metrics, and various modeling techniques (supervised, unsupervised, generative).
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with multimodal datasets and feature engineering pipelines.
- Proven experience deploying ML models into production environments, with expertise in inference optimization and model monitoring.
- Knowledge of LLMOps/MLOps principles, encompassing versioning, reproducibility, observability, and governance.
