Full Job Description
Join DeciOps as a Lead AI Platform Engineer (Decision Intelligence) in our Founding Team to shape the intelligence layer behind enterprise decision-making. We are building a groundbreaking AI-native Decision Operations Platform that enables seamless, real-time decision execution across supply chains. Your role will involve designing and owning reusable AI services that power enterprise decision applications, including AI Runtime, Multi-Agent Framework, Enterprise Context Engine, Knowledge Graph, RAG & Hybrid Retrieval, and Continuous Learning Framework. You will build enterprise-grade agentic systems, reasoning frameworks, and AI evaluation pipelines while supporting multiple LLM providers. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing AI systems that reason, recommend, explain, and continuously improve operational decisions.
- Developing enterprise-grade memory and context systems for complex business workflows.
- Ensuring trustworthy AI with complete decision lineage and human-in-the-loop oversight.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to experiment with emerging AI technologies.
- Building AI platforms that run in production for large enterprises, not just demos.
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in Python, Agentic AI, LangChain, Graph-based systems, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, FastAPI, Docker, AWS, PostgreSQL, Redis.
- Good understanding of AI evaluation, model routing, prompt engineering, multi-agent systems, and vector databases.
