Lead AI Engineer

About The Role

As the Lead AI Engineer (Agentic Systems), you will architect and build our next generation of autonomous AI workflows. This is a multidisciplinary technical role at the intersection of Software Engineering, Data Engineering, and Machine Learning Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Agentic Systems Architecture & Core Engineering: Lead hands-on design and coding of stateful, production-grade agentic systems using Python and orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI. Design Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication protocols for autonomous collaboration.
• Data Engineering & Operational Real-Time Integration: Build high-throughput ingestion pipelines to transform raw signals into structured context for agents. Ensure access to real-time data with minimal latency.
• Observability, Governance & Human-in-the-Loop: Implement comprehensive observability using tools like Langfuse and design safety control frameworks ranging from Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) to fully autonomous execution.

Qualifications:

Required Experience: 7+ years of total technical experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Machine Learning.
GenAI Specialization: 2+ years building and deploying LLM-based applications in production.
NLP Expertise: 5+ hands-on years in Natural Language Processing.
