Role Overview:
Become a Lead AI Engineer at the forefront of digital innovation. This role focuses on developing transformative Generative AI solutions, bridging research with production, and deploying cutting-edge models to solve complex business challenges for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy scalable GenAI/ML architectures using Python, LLMs (Azure OpenAI), LangChain, RAG, and Agentic AI patterns.
- Create proof-of-concept prototypes that evolve into production-ready solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Analyze use cases to maximize ML algorithm success probability and optimize model performance in real-world scenarios.
- Design chatbot interfaces (e.g., Rasa) ensuring contextually relevant outputs for end-users.
What We Are Looking For
Mandatory:
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Mathematics; Master's preferred.
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and Deep Learning/NLP techniques.
- Solid experience with Cloud Services (AWS/GCP/Azure) - at least one platform must be mastered.
- Demonstrable expertise in Generative AI tools, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and solution implementation.
Preferred:
- Certifications in AI/ML or GenAI.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics frameworks and business translation skills.
