L3 Java Support Consultant (Team Lead)

NTT DATA seeks an exceptional L3 Java Support Team Lead to join our Bangalore, Karnataka team. This role requires hands-on leadership in Controls Engineering support for complex production issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• L3 Production & Incident Management: Provide deep analysis, debugging, code-level fixes, RCA implementation, and SLA adherence for critical incidents.
• Application Support (SDLC): Manage builds, artifact management, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab/Azure DevOps), validation releases, and rollback scenarios.
• Infrastructure & Automation: Automate tasks using Shell/Python/Java on Linux platforms; configure Chef/Puppet/Ansible for provisioning and monitoring.
• Databases & Middleware: Optimize SQL queries (Oracle/DB2/MSSQL/Sybase) and support Apache/Tomcat servers with Autosys job scheduling.
• Monitoring & Reliability: Analyze logs using Splunk, tune performance for scalability, and identify system inefficiencies proactively.

Tech Stack Requirements:

Mandatory: Java 8+, Kubernetes, React (Front-end), Linux/SUDC, CI/CD tools, SQL. AWS knowledge is a strong plus.

• Proven record of leading support teams and mentoring junior members.
• Strong communicator capable of engaging senior stakeholders empathetically.
• Skill to 'dive in' resolve issues or coordinate team responses effectively.
