About the Role

Durapid Technologies is hiring an L2 Operations Engineer specializing in Malware Tools for Endpoint Security. This role supports a leading IT services client based in Delhi/NCR (relocation considered).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage enterprise endpoint security platforms in a 24x7 environment.
• Investigate, triage, and resolve malware and endpoint security incidents as the L2 point of ownership.
• Support and administer CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint/Windows Defender, RSA Security Solutions, Azure Key Vault, and phishing security tools.
• Escalate complex events to L3 teams with detailed findings; manage patching and deployments.
• Collaborate with DLP, Network Security, Hosting, and IDAM teams.

Tech Stack & Skills

CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, PowerShell/Python scripting, ServiceNow, Splunk/SIEM, EDR tools. Strong incident response skills required.
