L2 Network Engineer

We are seeking a skilled L2 Network Engineer for our Mumbai team. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls), configuring and managing Meraki and Cisco switches, and troubleshooting network issues in collaboration with local IT teams to ensure service uptime. You will implement network upgrades, changes, and enhancements, working closely with L1 support and other technical teams to resolve complex network problems. Ensuring network security, compliance, and adherence to best practices is crucial. You will also be responsible for addressing and resolving SIP/VOIP and call center network-related issues.

Requirements include proven experience in network monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting, proficiency with Meraki and Cisco network equipment and firewalls, and a solid understanding of network security principles and compliance. Familiarity with SIP/VOIP technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication and collaboration abilities are essential.
