Full Job Description
TechnoGen India Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated L1 Application Support professional for a hybrid role in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Pune. This position focuses on providing first-level support for software applications and IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include initial troubleshooting, logging and routing incidents, monitoring alerts, and performing basic issue resolution. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics. Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira, and a solid understanding of ITIL processes are essential. A basic comprehension of software applications and IT infrastructure is also required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in application or ITIL systems support, or a similar role.
