About the Opportunity

Concentrix is actively seeking experienced KYB Analysts or KYB Executives to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, work-from-office position based at Manyata Tech Park. If you possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for compliance, this role offers a dynamic environment to leverage your expertise.

The core of this role involves the meticulous validation of business information, thorough document review, comprehensive due diligence, and ensuring strict adherence to all relevant regulatory standards. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our client data and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth Know Your Business (KYB) checks and validate all submitted business documentation.
• Perform due diligence procedures on businesses to effectively assess and mitigate compliance risks.
• Verify business data accuracy by utilizing both internal and external data sources and systems.
• Ensure the highest levels of accuracy in all tasks while consistently meeting defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
• Proactively identify, meticulously document, and escalate any discrepancies, anomalies, or potential red flags observed during the process.
• Collaborate effectively with various internal teams to gather necessary clarifications and facilitate timely case closures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in KYB, KYC, AML, or Compliance Operations.
• A graduate degree in any stream is required; candidates with a Commerce or Management background will be preferred.
• Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in reviewing complex documentation.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite and proven experience in data review.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as per business needs.

Compensation and Shift Details

• Compensation: A competitive salary package is offered, with potential for up to a 30% hike on the Last Drawn Salary (LDS), capped at a maximum of 5.5 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA).
• Shifts: The role requires working in rotational shifts to support our global operations.
• Work Mode: This is a strictly Work From Office position located at Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru.
