Kinaxis Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Kinaxis Software Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. This role involves designing and developing robust IT architecture solutions that align with enterprise architecture direction and business strategies. You will ensure consistent implementation of standard architecture decisions, research, analyze, design, propose, and deliver appropriate IT architecture solutions across various domains. Responsibilities include technical planning, architecture development, and specification modification, as well as developing specifications for new products, applications, and services. You will assess compatibility and integration of proposed standards to ensure an integrated architecture. This position requires solving complex problems with innovative solutions, working independently with minimal guidance, and acting as a mentor to less experienced colleagues. You will leverage best practices and internal/external business knowledge to improve products and services, interpreting business issues and recommending best practices. Recognized expertise in your area is expected. Specializations may include Enterprise, Infrastructure, Mobile, Web, Data, and Applications.

Candidates should possess a degree in a technical area, ten plus years of overall technology experience, and significant project management experience.

This role is for a recognized master in a professional discipline, typically gained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities include establishing operational plans for the job area, developing and implementing new products, processes, standards, or operational plans that impact functional results. Communication with leadership is essential. This position typically reports to a Senior Leader or Director.
