As a Key Account Manager based in Florida, United States, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and fostering deep customer engagement for our innovative Holographic Foils product line. In close partnership with the Global Sales Manager, you will conceptualize and implement strategic initiatives to expand market share and achieve aggressive growth targets. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our specialty films business by leveraging your sales acumen and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture robust, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across various functional departments within client organizations, solidifying ITW's position as an indispensable strategic partner.
  • Proactively identify, meticulously qualify, and strategically prioritize emerging business opportunities to develop and manage a robust sales pipeline for assigned accounts, ensuring a consistent flow of vetted prospects to meet annual growth objectives.
  • Harness deep customer insights and evolving market trends to identify unmet needs and challenges, translating these into compelling, customized value propositions that resonate with customer strategic objectives and deliver tangible business outcomes.
  • Design and execute comprehensive strategic account plans that are meticulously aligned with customer requirements and ITW Specialty Films' ambitious growth and innovation agendas.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass ambitious sales targets through effective expansion of ITW's market penetration within existing accounts and the successful acquisition of new business opportunities.
  • Introduce innovative sales concepts and cutting-edge solutions to clients, adeptly address technical application inquiries and challenges, and apply an analytical, strategic approach to problem-solving, presenting ITWSF technical solutions that encompass sales, inventory management, lead times, pricing, delivery, and payment terms. Provide essential technical support for process, substrate, and application-related queries during product qualification and post-sales for non-compliance issues, escalating complex challenges to specialized technical support or R&D teams.
  • Foster seamless collaboration with Operations, Marketing, R&D, and Customer Service teams to ensure the efficient delivery of products and services, optimal pricing strategies, and comprehensive support, thereby meeting all customer expectations.
  • Meticulously prepare proposals, quotes, and associated documentation, working in close conjunction with the Global Sales Manager.
  • Proactively manage assigned accounts by maintaining up-to-date Sales Pipeline information and data, developing detailed account outlooks and strategic plans, preparing thorough Reports of Call (ROCs), conducting regular customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation of customer information and data entry into the sales system, and generating other essential business reports.
  • Undertake regular travel to assigned accounts to engage directly with customers, understand their unique requirements, and present new opportunities.
  • Exhibit a strong customer-centric approach, employing effective listening skills and demonstrating a high level of competency in interactions with clients, whether in person or via telephone.
  • Adhere to internal targets for sales expense budgets, travel, and other departmental spending.
  • Actively participate in trade shows, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge, refine skills, and contribute to ITW's ongoing commitment to continuous improvement.
