AFRY is seeking a talented Water & Drainage Engineer, with opportunities for both Junior and Senior roles, to join our team in Noida, UP, India. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and delivering water and drainage systems for infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include the detailed design of these systems, producing technical drawings and descriptions, and performing pipe dimensioning and sizing. You will also be expected to lead and support project teams, mentor junior colleagues, and coordinate proactively with other engineers to drive issues to resolution, ensuring all project deliverables are met on time.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering and 2 to 8 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is essential, along with strong skills in MS Office applications. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a requirement, as is a positive, problem-solving mindset, cultural awareness, and conscientiousness.

Desirable but not essential qualifications include experience with hydraulic modeling software like EPANET or DHI Mike+, GIS software such as ArcGIS, and project management tools like Autodesk Navisworks, Bentley ProjectWise. Experience with Nordic projects, Swedish design standards, and the ability to motivate others, coupled with a high degree of self-motivation, are also advantageous.
