junior wordpress developer

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of web technologies, UI/UX principles, and experience in building responsive, high-performance websites.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins
• Build and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring high performance and availability
• Customize existing themes and plugins to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement new features
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs
• Manage website updates, backups, and security
• Integrate third-party APIs and tools
• Ensure website compatibility across browsers and devices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer
• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery preferred)
• Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development; Familiarity with page builders like Elementor or WPBakery
• Understanding of MySQL databases, website performance optimization, SEO best practices, and version control tools like Git

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WooCommerce development, REST APIs integrations, hosting environments (cPanel), UX/UI design principles, or modern frameworks (React/Vue)

Soft Skills & Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience; Strong problem-solving, communication, time management skills

Compensation & Benefits: From ₹11,096 per month with Paid Sick Time and Provident Fund. Work Location: In-person.
