Location

Chennai, India (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in office)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to visualize campaigns, product features, and brand narratives.
• Translate campaign requirements into eye-catching designs in partnership with the marketing team.
• Design landing page wireframes, page elements, mobile-responsive layouts, and product mockups.
• Create assets such as eBooks, brochures, infographics, feature banners, and branded presentation templates.
• Produce static and animated creatives for social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube), including images, GIFs, carousels, and short videos.
• Design visuals for blog posts, email newsletters, and campaign landing pages.
• Edit live-action videos, incorporating intros, outros, animations, and title cards.
• Develop short animated videos for marketing campaigns.
• Assist in defining and maintaining brand guidelines across all visual touchpoints.
• Work with marketing and frontend development teams to iterate on designs based on feedback.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of design experience, with a preference for B2B SaaS or tech marketing backgrounds.
• Solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and Canva.
• Familiarity with Spline, Sketch, Blender, or LottieFiles is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• A friendly, collaborative approach, receptive to feedback while confidently presenting ideas.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work model, splitting time between our Chennai office and remote work.
• A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus but not required.

Bonus Points

• Experience in creating motion graphics, explainer videos, and product walkthroughs.
• Skills in 2D and 3D animation tools such as After Effects, Adobe Animate, Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya.
• Proficiency in creating and integrating Lottie animations for web and mobile interfaces.
• Ability to storyboard and plan animated content for marketing campaigns.
• Basic understanding of sound design principles for video content enhancement.
