Job Overview:

AI Tech Digi is seeking a creative and user-focused UX UI Designer with 1.5 to 2.5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing web and mobile applications. This role requires hands-on experience with real projects and a strong understanding of user behavior and contemporary design trends. Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough user research and analyze user behavior patterns.
2. Create detailed wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
3. Design responsive and modern UI layouts for both web and mobile platforms.
4. Enhance user experience based on collected feedback and usability testing results.
5. Collaborate effectively with development and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
6. Maintain design consistency across all projects by adhering to design systems and brand guidelines.
7. Stay abreast of the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices in the industry.

Required Skills:

1. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
2. A strong understanding of core UX principles and UI design concepts.
3. Proven experience with responsive and mobile-first design approaches.
4. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is preferred.
5. Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A comprehensive portfolio showcasing relevant UX/UI projects is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. 1 to 2 years of relevant UX/UI experience.
2. Demonstrated experience working on live or client-based projects.
3. Candidates residing in Delhi NCR are preferred.
4. Ability to thrive and deliver in a fast-paced work environment.
